6 month one-on-one coaching program
If you know you want personal support to reach your goals and you’re ready to take a deep dive, The INDIGO Intensive is my flagship coaching program where you’ll receive 6 months of personalized, ongoing, and nonjudgmental support. Holistic wellness coaching approaches the client as a whole, total organism. Implicit in this approach is the belief that every facet of our existence influences our wellness and must be in harmony for us to experience wellness. Even if at the beginning a focus is given to the physical body, through coaching it is typical to uncover an element one never expected that needs attention for total wellness and healing. This shift in focus can be uncovered organically through the right questions and the client’s needs and awareness. My function as your coach is to support you on your wellness journey, to create a safe space for you to uncover your obstacles, and to help you create the lasting transformation that you desire. Ultimately, for you to experience the realization of your self as a whole, unique, and healthy being.
What is INDIGO?
Working together through The INDIGO Intensive, you’ll experience in-depth, customized support and tons of personal access to me as you journey throughout the program. No matter where you are on your path, implementing a daily meditation and yoga practice will activate your desires. Whether that is 2 minutes of meditation and 10 minutes of yoga each morning, or 20 minutes of meditation and 30 minutes of yoga each morning, your best in body, mind, and spirit will be cultivated ~ creating a life you love to wake up to every day!
Step 1: Food Matters and Food for Your Body Type –
- 30 day detox, reduce inflammation, restore metabolic health,
- incorporate intermittent fasting as a healing tool, cut out added sugars and processed foods
- learn to eat for your body type, and
- the importance of fat, protein, fiber, and carbs
- meditate, do yoga
Step 2: Change your Mind –
- learn to integrate your shadow and ego selves, (as opposed to trying to change your limiting beliefs, let’s love them!)
- heal your central nervous system,
- practice havening,
- meditate, do yoga
Step 3: Your Body, Your Ally –
- the importance of movement and why we need our bodies to heal,
- create a restorative sleep routine
- meditate, do yoga
