"I am balanced and peaceful in all changes of cycles, and I bless my body with love," Louise Hay
“I’ve known Marla Privitera for…wow, more than 20 years now. During that time, I’ve known someone who channels positive energies, has a keen sense of observation, a commitment to the healing practices, and an amazing ability to flex in different directions. If you are seeking ways to live a better life, I strongly recommend her wellness coaching.” Daniel Moriarty
” Marla has been my holistic wellness coach for the last 3 months. I have learned many new and amazing ways to live a more fulfilling life, both on the inside and outside! In 3 short months I have experienced weight loss, I am clearing my skin from psoriasis, improving my sleep, and have gotten off of my cholesterol meds. I am slowly working on the difficult job of shifting my mindset. You will not be disappointed in any way working with Marla if you are a woman transitioning through menopause or simply someone wanting to better their life with a holistic approach. Marla is a wealth of knowledge, and if she doesn’t know something she will research and find answers. She is kind, caring, nonjudgmental and I simply cannot recommend Marla enough to begin changing your life one baby step at a time.” ~ Pam Freshour
“Absolutely loved the counseling and coaching I received from Marla. Her sincere compassion to your needs and knowledge-based ideas, pull you in immediately. Her patience, personal principles and goals encourage you to follow her lead. I looked forward each week to our sessions and learning something new. My primary reason for signing up was my struggle with menopause and all the joys that come with it. Marla’s personal knowledge and experiences helped to guide me, and I felt our conversations became so much more than just about menopause. She helped me create not just goals, but action items to keep me accountable. I can’t thank her enough and feel lucky enough to have been put in her path.” ~ Angie Sauer
“I have known Marla since our college days, and I not only love her like a sister, but I greatly respect how she gives of herself, while she’s teaching others how to take better care of themselves. She is the epitome of what it looks like to take the best care of yourself, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Marla not only talks the talk, she most definitely walks the walk, as well, and her actions do speak louder than her words. I have learned so much from Marla in all of the above-mentioned areas, and I look forward to keep learning with Marla by my side during our sessions. She is incredibly knowledgeable about her passion for helping others, and continues to grow in that knowledge by leaps, and bounds. Her kindness, compassion, and endless selflessness immediately put me at ease, while talking about sensitive issues, and I so appreciate that about her. You’ll have her full attention during your sessions, as she closely listens to you. Furthermore, she’ll willingly thoroughly research any subject that you need help with, and get the information to you as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Marla to anyone, because she is truly exemplary in teaching others about their individual paths of overall wellness, and she is quite simply a treasure!” ~ Shannon Travis
I always looked forward to coaching sessions with Marla! Marla is not a “cookie cutter” coach. She is committed and passionate to meet the individual needs and goals of her clients. Marla is a font of knowledge. Weight loss was one of my goals, but more importantly I gained immense knowledge on how to lead a healthy lifestyle through mindset, food choice and movement. I am more intentional about reading and understanding labels, avoiding processed foods, drinking water, reducing sugar intake and getting my body moving. As a coach Marla exhibits a growth mindset that benefits her clients as she is continually researching, questioning, learning, and growing. Marla is empowering, encouraging and always accessible to answer questions. She makes people feel valued and heard. Marla is non-judgmental. She is the sincerest, kindest, and most caring person you will ever have the privilege to meet!” ~ Cathy Sutherland
“I looked forward to every meeting with Marla. She meets you with
compassion and understanding, assesses what is showing up for you,
asks the right questions and helps set up goals and intentions
that lead to action. You will sign off feeling uplifted, encouraged and empowered to keep moving forward. Instead of just knowing a desired outcome is out there somewhere, Marla helped me identify tools that allow me to see the path to get there. I felt heard during every session and felt I could trust her implicitly,” ~ Cyndi Kemp
As Marla’s sister, I can attest to her lifelong passion for whole and natural health in body and mind. My sister is a font of knowledge on nutrition and exercise ( a certified yoga instructor) as well as a survivor and thriver of life’s hardships and heartbreaks. I’ve personally benefited from her gentle and firm coaching – especially with a recent eczema flare up that came out of nowhere. Marla coached me to cure the flare solely through diet and supplements without my needing to resort to a steroid cream which would have only masked the symptoms and made it worse. Not only did she coach me to healthy skin again, I also lost 18 pounds in the process! If you are looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and constant source of support to transform your own life, look no further.
“I love Marla’s positive energy and reassuring style. After working with her, I have a better understanding of how to be mindful about drinking more water which has greatly improved my health as I no longer experience so many headaches or pressure in my eyes. Marla helped me learn how to listen to my body and be more intentional and mindful about how I eat, including the use of powerful mantras that have replaced my visual notes around the house. Marla gave me a safe space to talk about what I was experiencing from a holistic point of view and I now feel more equipped to navigate all changes that come with menopause from an authentic and purposeful place in my life” ~ Johanna Fine
